Overview:

In 2016, we took this 2010 Camaro SS and forged the LS3 keeping it at 376ci and added a Procharger F1A along with a full E85 system to fuel it. It did pretty well with its 6-speed manual transmission, pushing 988rwhp on our dyno. However, in early 2017 Sam had plans to completely rebuild her Camaro, from top to bottom, removing and replacing everything except the body itself. This includes completely new suspension, drivetrain, transmission, engine, and blower combination. Stay tuned for the big reveal in early 2018, as we bring this blue beast out of the shadows! …2018 Update: see below!

October 2020 Update: Now this car is entirely ran off of the Holley Dominator EFI system controlling the F1X Procharged 427ci engine and Coan Engineering Built 4L80e transmission. We have also switched this over to full custom Viking Performance triple adjustable shocks and struts for a better ride feel and more shock control! This car still runs off pump E85 and is driven daily as long as the weather is nice here in Michigan!

The Camaro makes its debut at the 2018 Woodward Dream Cruise!

This has been quite the project! We have converted this 2010 Manual Camaro SS (E38) into a 2012 ZL1 6L90 Automatic Camaro (E67), where the E67 just controls the main functions of the vehicle as well as full transmission controls, including the paddle shifter features! A Holley Dominator EFI system controls the power portion of the car, taking over the entire engine portion of the vehicle. Together, the systems are married which allows the car to retain full functionality and complete street-ability, including A/C, heated seats, etc. This one of a kind integration/transformation is an eye catcher for sure! Stay tuned for more information and specs on this transformation as we dive into the journey and undertaking of this custom build!

The new Pedders Extreme XA Double Adjustable Remote Canister Coilover Kit is installed on the Camaro! We cannot wait to try this double adjustable racing suspension kit out! We also installed upgraded front and rear Pedders Sway Bars! We plan on creating a quick detach kit for the front sway bar for drag racing situations. We want to send out a huge THANK YOU to PeddersUSA for sponsoring the Camaro this year!

Not only that, its looking great on the car with the new GForce 9″ kit! This Pro HD Aluminum rear end is equipped with a 35-spline S-Trac system, 4″ Aluminum Driveshaft, and Camaro Outlaw 1500hp axles. We also have some BMR lower control arms and subframe connectors. The factory Brembo Brake system will be maintained with upgraded Baer slotted and cross drilled rotors for stopping power. We plan on fitting a 17 inch wheel on the rear, with a 18 inch wheel up front allowing clearance for the factory brake system.

 December 2017 Update:

The new engine and transmission combination lead us to decide to take this 2010 Camaro, and bring it into a slightly newer era, requiring a complete wiring harness, electronics, modules and more! Even the speed cluster has changed! Converting this Camaro over to a more modern harness has brought its challenges along with new discoveries and increased capabilities. Stay tuned for more information on the complete transformation!


November 2017 Update:

The Camaro has a new look! Inside and out! This aggressive custom made Harwood Hood helps complete the exterior look as well as working to vent air out of the engine bay. Other exterior mods include a custom front splitter, updated lighting, wheels/tire combinations, and much more!
